These terms apply when you use eyboneespa.com, book an appointment with Eybonee Spa ("we"), or receive our services or appointment text messages.
Appointments
- Online and phone bookings are requests: your appointment is booked once Eyleen confirms it.
- Prices shown are starting prices; the final price depends on the service you receive. Durations are approximate.
- You can reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your appointment using the link in your confirmation or by messaging us on WhatsApp at (805) 612-9059. With less notice, please message us as soon as you can.
Service agreements
Some services require a signed service agreement. You can sign it electronically from your email or in person at the studio before your service. Your electronic signature has the same value as a handwritten one.
SMS Terms (appointment text messages)
- Program: Eybonee Spa appointment text messages. If you check the optional box "Yes, text me about this appointment" when you book online, or say yes when you book by phone, Eybonee Spa will text the mobile number you gave us about your appointment: request received, appointment confirmation, a reminder to sign your service agreement, and a reminder before your appointment. No marketing messages.
- Message frequency varies; usually up to 4 messages per appointment.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- To stop: reply STOP at any time. You will receive one message confirming you are unsubscribed. Reply START to subscribe again.

- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of booking or of any purchase.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy: see our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Changes
If we change these terms we will update the date at the top of this page.
