Where exactly is the studio?
Eybonee Spa is inside Luxe Nails Salon, Suite I, at 587 North Ventu Park Road, Thousand Oaks, CA 91320 — the Ventu Park shopping center with Ralphs, just off the 101. Parking is free. Step-by-step directions.
What are the hours?
Open every day from 10am to 5pm, Sundays included.
Is there a first-visit discount?
Yes: $10 off your first appointment with the code EYBONEE10 when you book online.
Can I be attended in Spanish?
Yes. The studio is bilingual: English or Spanish, whichever you prefer.
How do I prepare for eyelash extensions or a lash lift?
Come without eye makeup or mascara and remove your contact lenses before the appointment. A full set takes about 2½ hours with your eyes closed, so many clients simply rest or nap. Tell us beforehand about any allergy, eye sensitivity, infection or recent eye surgery.
How do I prepare for waxing?
Let the hair grow: no shaving or other hair removal for about two weeks, so it is around 1/4 inch long (a grain of rice). Come without lotion or cosmetics on the area, and avoid sunbathing the day before.
My lashes were done at another studio. Can I book a fill?
Fills are only for sets done at Eybonee Spa. Lashes from another studio are removed for $15 and a new full set is applied — book the full set you want.
How much is a fill?
It depends on how long since your last appointment: 1 week from $40, 2 weeks from $80, 3 weeks from $100. See lash fills.
How do I pay?
Cash, Zelle or card.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes, up to 24 hours before your appointment, using the link in your confirmation or by WhatsApp at (805) 612-9059. With less notice, message us as soon as you can.
